We are looking for intern(s) to join our Services Planning team to support the development of an analytics portal by assisting in requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery activities in HSG Analytics.
The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
- Support requirements gathering activities, including working with stakeholders to understand business needs and documenting functional requirements
- Assist in analysing business processes and objectives, ensuring alignment with project goals and success criteria
- Collaborate with technical teams (e.g. Application, Cloud, and Data Engineers) to ensure requirements are feasible and clearly understood
- Support project coordination activities, including tracking milestones, updating project trackers, and monitoring progress
- Assist in meeting coordination, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking meeting notes, and following up on action items
About You:
- Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing a degree in in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
- Curiosity and willingness to learn business analysis concepts and Agile practices
- Basic understanding of software development or system concepts
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break down problems into manageable tasks
- Good communication and organisational skills, with the ability to document clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a project team environment
- Independent, fast-learner, and self-driven
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
