This internship offers the opportunity to support real-world healthcare use cases and digital transformation efforts. You will support the project management of the AI Voice Agent for Healthcare (AIVAH) initiative, with a focus on enhancing healthcare workflows and service interactions through the AI-enabled voice solutions.
The selected intern(s) will assist in following:
- Participate in requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions and project coordination across institutions and vendors
- Support system testing activities (SIT/UAT), including evaluation of voice agent performance, defect logging and tracking
- Assist in documenting and analysing AI voice use cases and workflows
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, product teams, stakeholders) to support project delivery
- Assist in identifying improvements and optimisation opportunities for AI voice solutions"
About You:
- Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or 3, pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Business Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts would be beneficial
- Exposure to AI technologies such as LLMs, speech-to-text, or text-to-speech solutions would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong team player
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders in a collaborative environment
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
