Project Management Officer

About the role...

We are currently seeking to recruit a high caliber, energetic individual to join our Software Development team as Project Management Officer. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our core business in Large Scale Information Systems. The company is currently expanding its activities, offering an optimum career advancement opportunity for the successful candidate who should combine a relevant educational and professional background, with enthusiasm and eagerness.

What you will do...

• Create procedures and best practices that will help operations go smoothly, complete on time and result in quality deliverables.
• Create and maintain actionable plans that provide standards for undertaking projects in a structured and repeatable way.
• Maintain and improve the project management system (policies, procedures, tools, etc) in the company.
• Support PMs and their teams in the effective application of sound project management principles and techniques to achieve project success.
• Create an approach to establish priorities across multiple projects and a methodology to apply those priorities to the project planning and control processes.
• Utilize the project management software tool(s) to perform analyzes and generate reports as required.

Technical Skills required...

• BSc's degree in Management, Business Administration or Finance.
• At least 8 years of experience in PMO or related Administration functions.
