About the role...

We are currently seeking an experienced Administration & Financial Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business operations, ensuring the effective administration of contracts, invoicing processes, financial reporting activities, and overall operational financial consistency across our projects and services.


What you will do...

  • Prepare and maintain monthly operational and financial reports.
  • Support revenue and cost tracking activities across projects and business units.
  • Manage customer invoicing processes and ensure timely issuance of invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients regarding payment status.
  • Monitor client and subcontractor contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Track contract consumption and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
  • Assist with financial reconciliations and operational controls.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial and administrative data.
  • Support the preparation of management reports and ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Technical Skills required...

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in financial administration, accounting support, contract administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience in preparing financial and operational reports.
  • Hands-on experience with invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and payment monitoring.
  • Understanding of contract management and administrative processes.
  • Knowledge of financial controls and compliance procedures.
  • Experience supporting multinational organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience in the following will be considered as an asset:

  • Experience working within IT services, consulting, or project-based environments.
