What You'll Do
As a Trailer Mechanic, you will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company-owned trailers and equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Repair and replace trailer components and systems
- Complete DOT, OEM, and company-required maintenance procedures
- Perform tire repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment hair drug screening
- 2+ years of trailer, diesel, or related mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read repair manuals and work orders
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn diagnostic software
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
