Customer Listing Coordinator
About this role
The Customer Listing Coordinator provides customer service, invoicing, and support to promote sales & solve customer issues arising in the Distressed Gear Teams' marketplace stores. The individual in this role will negotiate customer offers on advertised pricing & ultimately make decisions on when to accept or counteroffer based on current market decisions. Monitoring customer feedback, processing orders and selecting optimal shipping methods, answering the teams phone extension, coordinating returns & partial refunds for customers, and helping with the evaluation of trade-ins and returned gear, are all responsibilities presented on a day-to-day. This position plays a key role in fulfilling Sweetwater’s promise to our customers and in exceeding those customers’ expectations!
Primary Functions:
· Respond to customer inquires, answer product questions, and solve order issues.
· Process orders daily, coordinate shipments, supply tracking information to the appropriate party, and create invoices.
· Reschedule listings from cancelled orders and edit listings based on customer feedback & concerns.
· Evaluate offers by conducting market research and looking up product histories - making good judgement on when to accept, decline, or counteroffer based on market conditions.
· Answer inbound calls from interdepartmental inquiries.
· Pitch in with the evaluation of trade-in and returned gear.
Skills & Experience
· Strong music gear knowledge that encompasses most of the equipment we sell.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Critical thinking, problem solving abilities.
· An analytic mind and research skills.
· Good people management and coordination skills
· Customer service experience
