The HSE / Technical Administrator provides administrative, reporting and coordination support to the HSE and Technical functions.
The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and compliance activities, coordinating training and events, and ensuring effective management of technical and HSE information. Experience Required

- Experience providing administrative support in a construction or engineering environment
- Experience maintaining records, trackers and reporting information
- Experience coordinating meetings, events and training activities
- Experience handling confidential information
- Experience using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Qualifications
- GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
- Business Administration qualification desirable
- Construction industry experience desirable
- Strong Microsoft Office and Visio capability

Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to HSE and Technical teams
- Coordinate meetings, travel, events and communications
- Maintain records and correspondence
Document & Information Management
- Maintain IMS documentation, registers and records
- Support document control and reporting activities
- Assist with technical and HSE documentation management
Reporting & Data Management
- Support production of reports and dashboards
- Maintain databases, trackers and action logs
- Monitor and report outstanding actions
Training & Event Coordination
- Support delivery of CPD and training activities
- Coordinate attendance and communications
- Liaise with external providers and stakeholders
PQQ & Tender Support
- Assist with PQQ documentation and submissions
- Maintain consultant and supplier information
- Support pre-construction information requirements
