Senior Contracts Analyst

Experience and qualifications for success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; law degree or relevant certifications (like CPCM) preferred.
- Five to seven (5-7) years of experience in contract compliance, legal support, or contract administration—ideally in a professional services environment.
- Experience with contract terms and conditions analysis and ability to redline / redraft language to mitigate risk to the Company.
- Efficiently review complex client contracts in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex contract terms clearly and succinctly to non-legal stakeholders.
- Strong ability to analyze complex documents and resolve issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and project management abilities.
- Experience supporting legal or risk teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel); experience with ticketing systems or contract management software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

An employee in this Phoenix, AZ-based position can expect an annual salary of: $73,444.80 - $94,588.00. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
