Job Summary
Project manager to provide the project management and feasibility studies services to any projects as required, not limited to project management , site supervision and others, etc
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage FM projects, including feasibility studies, project planning, site supervision, maintenance, A&A, and asset improvement works from inception to completion.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while monitoring project progress, risks, costs, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers, including procurement, contract administration, performance evaluation, and certification of completed works.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, resolve issues, and provide regular progress updates.
Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, variation orders, quotations, expenditure monitoring, and payment certification.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, statutory requirements, quality standards, and company policies through regular site inspections and audits.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, technical submissions, handover documents, and post-project reviews.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline with at least three (3) years of relevant post-graduate experience; or
Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline with at least five (5) years of relevant project management experience.
Experience managing FM projects, A&A works, building maintenance, asset replacement programmes, or maintenance contracts.
Strong knowledge of FM operations, M&E systems, project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.
Good stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
PMP, PRINCE2, FSM, or WSH certifications will be an added advantage.
