About this role

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. (SBR) is hiring for Direct Support Professionals to work on an as needed/PRN basis to provide support to individuals in our Family Services Department. As a DSP, you will be enhancing the lives of those SBR provides services to by supporting achievement in personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy.

As a PRN/Part-Time employee at SBR, you will be trained and required to work in SBR's Family Services in King of Prussia, depending on available openings. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car is required.

Flexible daytime hours Monday - Friday between 7 am - 7 pm

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Valid PA Driver's License
  • Access to reliable car
  • Physical/PPD
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screening
  • Prior experience working with individuals with ID in a Family Home or Residential Setting

Abilities and Skills:

  • Willing to assist with daily living skills and personal care needs
  • Professional with the ability to maintain records
  • Great Communication skills
  • Safe driver
  • Team player
