What will you do at SuperPlay?
- Build and maintain close relationships with our VIP players.
- Increase player's lifetime value by proactive outbound communication.
- Create monetization activities for the VIP players.
- Keep track of and monitor the player's activity.
- Working closely with different stakeholders in the studio.
- Thinking outside the box and creating new retention strategies.
Who are you?
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer support, customer success, or similar) in a B2C company
- Fluent English, both verbal and written - a must
- A true people person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- An initiator - curious, independent, and responsible
- Combines analytical thinking with being highly goal-driven
- Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual design
