Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and implement local marketing programs to drive and increase Japanese business, Sales Team results, especially Sales Team-4, Team-12, and Team-1, and local channel partners' business, including partner training management.
2. Plan, lead, and coordinate the local events or tradeshows in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Kyushu, Hokkaido, Chiba, or other areas in Japan, including supporting the other APAC regions' events.
3. Manage and work with external agencies to drive and manage advertising and SEO to achieve ROI goals and drive lead generation.
4. Manage and work with other marketing teams and external agencies, such as booth builders, to save the event cost and increase event ROI, and raise Supermicro brand awareness.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Fluent Japanese oral and written communication and translation skills.
3. Need additional English oral and written communication skills.
4. 3+ years of relevant work experience in the marketing department, corporate communication department, or ad agency managing tradeshows.
5. Good web applications, social media, and content management knowledge.
6. Proficiency in using MS Office systems (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), and Adobe tools skills would be a plus.
7. If you are a non-Japanese citizen, you must have a validated Working Visa of Japan in advance.
Salary Range

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
