The Opportunity

We are hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our Jamestown manufacturing team. Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventory audits to maintain accurate records
Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled storage areas and dock zones throughout every shift
Follow all safety rules, OSHA standards, and PPE requirements - every time, no exceptions
Support the production floor as needed to help the team meet customer deadlines - overtime as needed during peak periods

What We Are Looking For

1+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment
Forklift operating experience - sit-down counterbalance and/or reach truck
Ability to read work orders, packing slips, shipping documents, and inventory records
Accurate, organized, and reliable - errors in receiving or shipping have real downstream consequences
Forklift certification, overhead crane experience, or WMS familiarity are a plus but not required
