Your mission

- Support daily sales operations, including order follow-up, documentation handling, status tracking, and internal coordination.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for the local sales team and help ensure smooth communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and sales-related updates that improve visibility, planning, and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and other internal systems while supporting strong process consistency and data quality.
- Work closely with logistics, finance, service, and headquarters to ensure efficient execution of commercial activities.
- Help improve internal workflows by identifying operational bottlenecks and contributing to smarter, simpler processes.
Your profile

- You have experience in sales operations, sales support, customer service, back-office coordination, or a similar commercial operations role.
- You work in a structured and detail-oriented way and can manage several topics at once while keeping a clear overview.
- You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel, and feel comfortable working with CRM or ERP systems.
- You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams in an international business environment.
- You are fluent in Italian and English at C1 level.
- You bring a proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
