Your mission

As our Distribution Service Engineer - Italy, you will help our partners and customers get the very best from our solutions while supporting a fast-moving and collaborative service environment. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Manage hotline and ticket support for distributors, installers, and end users across the Italian market.
  • Deliver technical training sessions for distributors and installers to strengthen product knowledge and service quality.
  • Support onsite troubleshooting activities together with the Partner Success Manager.
  • Join selected pre-sales customer visits in close collaboration with the Account Manager.
  • Create and maintain FAQs, online learning content, and technical documentation for the region.
  • Prepare regular service and performance reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles.

Your profile

All right all right, that sounded interesting, didn’t it? Now, to feel confident in this role and enjoy it for the long run, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in after-sales, technical support, or service within PV, ESS, O&M, or a similar energy-related environment.
  • You have a strong interest in clean-tech and enjoy helping customers solve technical challenges.
  • You communicate confidently in Italian and English at C1 level, and Chinese would be a plus.
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new tools and internal systems.
  • You work in an independent, focused, and adaptable way in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • You are open to occasional travel, around 5 to 10%, within the local market and to the wider EU service team.
