Your mission

As a Delivery Project Manager at Sungrow, your mission is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of diverse projects while aligning with our organizational goals.
You should possess a high level of organization skills, a data-driven approach, and substantial experience in project management.
This role requires high communication skills, leadership and internal cooperation with local divisions and Chinese head-quarter.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, budget and cost, ensuring compliance with the contractual obligations, from purchase to commissioning acceptance.
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Manage change orders in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
  • Manage project resource plan and interact with local teams and European department to deliver product and site work in conformity with Employer’s contractual requirements.
  • Travel to customer sites in Nordics, supervising site-activity delivery.
  • Potential travel to Sungrow's headquarters in Hefei, China, with customer to inspect and verify products.
  • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams in Hefei to address any issues or discrepancies identified during the order inspection process.
  • Coordinate subcontracted companies.
  • Lead continuous improvements and the development of organizational processes.
  • 50% - presence on site mandatory during site works

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind its all about electrical equipment, thats why it is essential for you to have:

Electrical or industrial Engineer.
Super organized on multi-task and multi-project environment.
Experienced in large and complex project management.
Strong technical background with experience in PV Solar and ESS.
Fluent in English, Swedish or Danish (C1); Mandarin is a plus
Demonstrates assertiveness, teamwork, strong communication skills and leadership.
Based in Stockholm or Copenhagen, willing to travel.
Can work in a global multi-cultural and in matrix organization environment.
Proficient in PC software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project). Knowledge in Battery / EMS-SCADA applications is a +
