Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process for assigned roles from sourcing and initial screening through offer stage.
• Conduct high-quality phone and video interviews, assess candidates against role requirements, and provide clear recommendations to Hiring Managers.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and the broader Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and drive recruitment processes forward.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing and recruitment processes and contribute to a strong, scalable hiring function.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in Tech, Gaming, Startups, or other fast-paced, high-growth companies.
• Proven experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end, from sourcing and screening through offer stage.
• Strong experience with sourcing and interviewing candidates, including the ability to assess skills, motivation, cultural fit, and potential.
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS and recruitment tools, such as Bob, Recruit, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
