Monetization Designer
About this role
We’re looking for a Junior Monetization Designer to join our creative team and help shape fun, engaging in-game experiences that boost player enjoyment, retention, and monetization. You’ll collaborate with product and art teams to design promotions, offers, and UI elements that feel seamless, rewarding, and visually exciting.
Responsibilities
- Design & Concept: Create promotional assets, popups, and UI elements using Figma and Photoshop.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers to craft effective and intuitive monetization flows.
- Innovate with AI: Use AI-assisted tools to expand creativity and streamline design production.
- Stay On-Brand: Maintain consistent visual identity while adapting styles for seasonal events and special campaigns.
- Ideate: Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions for new features, offers, and player engagement loops.
Requirements
- Degree in Visual Communication or related field (preferred but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in design - ideally in gaming, apps, or digital products (preferred but not required)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E).
- A genuine passion for games, user experience, and creative marketing.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar).
- Understanding of player psychology and in-game economy principles.
