About the Role

We’re looking for a Martech Data Specialist to join our Brand & Marketing team and support the delivery of impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the Marketing Technology & Data capability, helping design, build and optimise personalised (1:1) campaigns across channels including email, SMS, direct mail, call centre and social. You’ll also contribute to performance tracking and insights, ensuring campaigns deliver strong customer engagement and business outcomes. 

What You’ll Do

• Deliver end-to-end campaign development by partnering with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements
• Build, test and optimise campaigns across marketing platforms
• Provide data-driven targeting and segmentation advice to support campaign performance
• Manage campaign workflows, prioritisation and delivery via internal teams
• Conduct QA on campaign builds and platform changes
• Monitor, report and analyse campaign outcomes
• Troubleshoot data issues and provide support for Martech platforms
• Collaborate across Brand, Marketing and Technology teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Support continuous improvement of Martech tools and processes

Key Relationships

You’ll work closely with:

• Brand, Digital Marketing, Customer Insights and CX teams
• Data Science and Enterprise Technology teams
• External partners and channel providers

What You Bring

• Strong experience in SQL, data management and database integrations (5+ years)  
• Hands-on experience with 1:1 campaign development and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud, Adobe Campaign or similar) 
• Solid understanding of data flows, ETL processes and RDBMS concepts  
• Experience working in agile environments and managing campaign workflows
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Highly Regarded

• Salesforce Data Cloud experience or certification
• Google Analytics experience
• Experience creating training materials or supporting platform adoption
