About the Role
This role focuses on lifting performance, growth and risk maturity across the motor portfolio. You will translate strategic priorities into clear initiatives and deliver outcomes through collaboration. Working with product, pricing and claims teams, you will shape strategy and track progress using data and insights. This is a strong pathway into broader leadership and enterprise strategy roles.

What You’ll Do

• Develop portfolio strategies that improve loss ratio, growth and customer outcomes. You will align initiatives to commercial and risk objectives
• Prioritise initiatives and build delivery roadmaps that support short and long-term performance improvements
• Partner with product, pricing and claims teams to coordinate initiatives and maintain delivery momentum
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights and opportunities for course correction
• Translate strategy into business cases and clear delivery plans that support execution
• Influence stakeholders through clear, insight-led communication and governance materials

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in strategy, portfolio or consulting roles within insurance or financial services. You can turn complex problems into practical initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assess portfolio performance. You use insights to guide decisions and outcomes
• Proven ability to prioritise competing initiatives and define the best delivery pathway. You stay focused on impact and timing
• Experience working across multiple teams to deliver outcomes. You build relationships that enable collaboration and progress
• Confidence influencing stakeholders and aligning different perspectives. You communicate clearly and drive decisions forward
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and risk considerations
