Job Description Summary
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and process client invoices, intercompany billings, and production-related charges.
Review supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client requirements.
Generate recurring and ad hoc invoices as required by production agreements and client contracts.
Maintain billing records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and retention guidelines.
Assist with month-end billing activities and reporting requirements.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, missing documentation, and internal or external billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare billing reports, aging summaries, and analysis as requested.
Assist in tracking production budgets, recoverable costs, and client-specific billing requirements.
Collaborate with Production Accountants, CSR/ESRs, Sales, and Finance teams to obtain required billing information.
Support the Billing Manager with process improvements and special projects.
Maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and production personnel.
Adhere to internal controls, financial policies, and billing procedures.
Ensure confidentiality of financial and production information.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
RTPro and Wynne experience considered a strong asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to take direction and complete tasks on time.
Ability to investigate and resolve issues with customers and managers.
Base Pay Range
