About the role
Job SummaryThe role is responsible for leading the sales function within a region or business unit, developing strategies to meet revenue targets, and managing sales teams to ensure high performance. This role collaborates with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead and manage regional or business unit sales teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Drive sales training and talent development.
Qualifications
- Typically a University degree and 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in sales leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams.
