Job Summary
The (Field) Service Sr. Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field service activities including installation, configuration, calibration, and repair of technical products and systems at customer locations. This role supports service delivery and may guide other professional-level staff in non-routine situations.
This job profile is intended for professional-level staff that works autonomously and may coordinate the activities of other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations.


The Field Service Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring that all services are executed with quality, efficiency, and safety. This role acts as a bridge between the customer and the national technical team, working closely with the Operations Director, the Operations Backoffice and the Workshop Coordinator. The supervisor is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of all field activities (maintenance, incidents, breakdowns, commissioning, and supervision).

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical team coordination: Assign daily tasks to field technicians based on priorities and workload, ensuring efficient execution.

  • Materials and resources control: Ensure that technicians have the necessary tools, materials, and documentation to complete tasks quickly and effectively.

  • Work order monitoring: Follow up on work orders, validate the technical closure, and ensure that all required information is included (photos, reports, readings, etc.).

  • Direct customer communication: Plan and coordinate field activities with the customer, ensuring that work can be carried out safely and within the agreed timelines.

  • Maintenance contract planning and tracking: Verify that all related documentation is up to date and that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.

  • Continuous improvement: Propose operational and procedural improvements based on field reality, and analyze the causes of rework and recurring incidents.

What you need to succeed

Experience & Technical Background

  • Proven experience in field service supervision or coordination within an industrial environment (e.g. civil construction, hydraulic installations, industrial maintenance).

  • Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills, with the ability to support and guide field technicians.

  • Experience working with field service management tools, work orders, and technical reporting.

  • Hands‑on exposure to on‑site customer environments, managing incidents, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to work autonomously while coordinating and prioritizing activities of a distributed field team.

  • Strong communication and customer‑oriented mindset, with proven experience dealing directly with customers on site.

  • Structured and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Problem‑solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation.

Languages & Mobility

  • High level of English (able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers).

  • Availability to travel across Iberia as required by field activities.
