Early Professionals Program – Water Sector: Multiple positions for recent graduates based in the Western Balkans.

Looking for a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international project?
SUEZ Consulting, in collaboration with the World Bank, is implementing the Utility of the Future (UoF) Initiative - a transformative project focused on mentoring and capacity building for water and sanitation utilities in the Western Balkans.
As part of our commitment to developing the next generation of water sector leaders, we are offering a unique opportunity for six early career professionals (one in each Western Balkans country) to join our support team. No prior experience is required, just a passion for learning and a commitment to strengthening the water sector in the region.
Location:
Western Balkans (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia) with a hybrid work arrangement.

About the Project
The Utility of the Future (UoF) Program, led by the World Bank in partnership with SUEZ Consulting, is a transformative initiative aimed at strengthening water and sanitation utilities in the Western Balkans. This program is part of the Utility of the Future Center of Excellence (UoF- CoE), established to drive innovation, capacity building, and best practices in the water sector.
The project is supporting 30 utilities across six Western Balkans countries (Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia).
Who Should Apply?
- Recent graduates or young professionals with an interest in the water sector, including engineering, environmental sciences, public policy, or related fields;
- IT/Digitization professionals;
- Candidates with a strong commitment to the development of water and sanitation utilities in their countries
