Territory Sales Manager, Trauma

What you will do
- Drive sales growth by identifying, prospecting, and converting new customers within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain partnerships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams to ensure account retention and expansion
- Execute territory plans, manage pipeline activity, and conduct negotiations to achieve defined sales targets
- Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to support adoption and correct product usage
- Provide clinical support in operating rooms to ensure safe and effective application of trauma solutions
- Manage order processing, track deliveries, and execute timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the organization at congresses and industry events to generate leads and expand market presence
- Collaborate across teams to identify and execute cross-division opportunities
What you will need
Required:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
Preferred:
- Experience in MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or a related industry
- Knowledge of orthopedics or human anatomy
Additional Information
- Field-based role covering the Oslo area; candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Oslo region
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory
- Regular presence in hospitals and operating rooms required
- Valid driver’s license required

Norway Pay Ranges:
- Norway: kr550.000 - kr917.000 NOK Annual
