Senior Customer Care Representative

New South Wales, St Leonards 8 Herbert St · Hybrid

About this role

Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite

At Stryker, we hire for mindset, potential, and drive, not just what's on a resume.

We're looking for someone who loves working with people, brings great energy to the team, and enjoys solving problems. If you're customer-focused, coachable, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are passionate about making a difference in healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.

Some of our strongest performers have come from customer service, healthcare administration, hospitality, retail, and other fast-paced, people-focused industries. If you're looking to grow your career with a company that invests in its people and improves patient outcomes every day, this could be the opportunity for you.

About the role:

As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you'll be a trusted support for both customers and the wider team, helping resolve complex enquiries and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer enquiries and providing timely, professional support.
  • Assisting with complex requests and escalations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting a positive, high-performing team culture.

Who You Are

You're someone who brings positive energy to work, genuinely enjoys helping customers, and thrives as part of a collaborative team. You take ownership, embrace challenges, and enjoy figuring things out rather than waiting for someone else to provide the answer.

What you'll need

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service, customer care, contact centre, healthcare administration, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing environment.
  • Experience managing customer enquiries, service requests, or order-related activities
  • Full working rights to work in Australia
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experience, a genuine interest in health care and a willingness to learn

Preferred qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling customer escalations, complex customer enquiries, or complaint resolution.
  • Experience using CRM, ERP, or customer service platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
Ready to bring your energy, customer focus, and problem-solving skills to a team that makes a real impact? If you’re interested in applying to the role, can you please write a few lines at the top of your CV answering, “Why do you want to become a Senior Customer Care Representative at Stryker?”
