We're seeking a driven Associate Territory Manager – Endoscopy to join our Brisbane team. You'll work with cutting-edge technology used in hospitals across Queensland, supporting clinicians in operating theatres and procedure rooms while developing the commercial skills needed for a successful career in MedTech.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with our Territory Managers to drive sales growth and increase market share across the Endoscopy portfolio

  • Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships

  • Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres and procedure rooms

  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and in-servicing to healthcare professionals

  • Troubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer support

  • Travel across Brisbane and greater Queensland as required

Skills and experience

Required

  • Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience and strong interest in medical device sales

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targets

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

  • High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability

Preferred

  • Background in healthcare, allied health, nursing, or life sciences (preferred)

  • Knowledge and understanding of anatomy, surgery, and healthcare environments

  • Exposure to operating theatres, procedural environments, or medical technology
