Job Title:  Field Technician 1 - Energized Insulator Cleaner

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Energized Insulator Cleaning team as a Field Technician 1. In this role, you will support our team of experienced insulator cleaners in performing cleaning tasks on energized electrical equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the safe and efficient cleaning of insulators while the equipment remains operational. 

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in setting up equipment and tools for insulator cleaning procedures. 

2. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 

3. Hand tools and materials to insulator cleaners as needed during cleaning operations. 

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. 

5. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. 

6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 

 Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent. 

2. Basic understanding of electrical equipment and safety protocols. 

3. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. 

4. Strong attention to detail and focus on safety. 

5. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing, bending, and lifting. 

6. Willingness to learn and follow best practices in insulator cleaning procedures.
