Shopfloor Scheduler

Position Summary

This position is responsible for production scheduling, capacity and resource planning, inventory control and optimization, supply chain and production coordination, monitoring and adjusting plan execution, and system and data management.

该职位负责生产计划的排产, 产能与资源规划, 库存控制与优化, 供应链与生产协调, 计划执行监控与应变和系统与数据管理。

This position is based at Shanghai Campus, and reports directly to Production & Materials Planning Supervisor.

该职位工作地点为上海工厂，直接向生产及物料计划主管汇报。

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing, issuing, and tracking the implementation of workshop production plans

负责车间生产计划的编制、下达与执行跟踪

• Use the APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system to perform capacity load analysis, bill of materials verification, and production scheduling optimization

依托 APS（高级计划与排程）系统进行产能负荷分析、物料齐套校验及生产排程优化

• Coordinate with departments such as production, procurement, and warehousing to ensure that plans are met on schedule

协调生产、采购、仓储等部门确保计划按期达成

• Monitor work order progress and reports of issues, and promptly adjust production schedules to address unexpected situations such as rush orders, material shortages, and equipment failures

监控工单进度与异常反馈，及时调整排产方案以应对插单、缺料、设备故障等突发状况

• Continuously improve planning accuracy and on-time production delivery rates

持续提升计划准确率与生产交付及时率

• Ensure that the schedule meets customer delivery deadlines while optimizing production capacity and resource utilization.

确保计划满足客户交货期，同时优化生产负荷与资源利用率.

• Organize production planning meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and promote cross-departmental collaboration.

组织生产计划会议，解决计划冲突，推动跨部门协同。

• Adjust plans to address unexpected changes, ensuring delivery commitments and production stability.

调整计划应对突发变化，确保交付承诺与生产稳定。

• Lead or participate in the optimization of planning systems such as APS to ensure the accuracy of planning data and the efficiency of processes.

主导或参与APS等计划系统的优化，确保计划数据准确、流程高效。

• Use data analysis to continuously improve key metrics such as forecast accuracy, plan fulfillment rates, and inventory turnover.

通过数据分析，持续改进预测准确性、计划达成率、库存周转等关键指标。

• Other matters assigned by senior management.

上级领导交办的其他事宜。

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years working experience in planning in Medical Devices manufacturing / Mechanical manufacturing/automotive manufacturing; experienced in CNC and secondary process is preferred.

经验：3-5年医疗器械生产制造行业/机械生产制造行业/汽车制造业生产计划相关工作经验，有机加工与后处理经验优先。

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, major in supply chain or statistics is preferred.

教育：大学本科学历，物流或统计学等相关专业。

• Fluent English reading and speaking skills.

较好的英语阅读听说能力。

• Good at Excel/Word & SAP, familiar with SAP MM&PP, APS is preferred.

良好的Excel/Word等文档表格的制作能力及SAP系统操作能力，了解SAP MM和 PP模块，会APS系统优先考虑。

• Strong learning ability, meticulous work, hardworking, with strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.

学习能力强，工作细心，吃苦耐劳，具有较强的沟通能力和团队协助精神。
