Summary of position

The role of Growth Manger Commercial is a necessary role required to support the ambitious growth targets of ClearCorrect UK. This will be a flexible role, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to pivot strategies to where the current opportunities are as the market shifts. This will be a rewarding role where you will be able to see the direct impact of your strategies on the company growth targets.

As the Growth Manager Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with existing Straumann Group clinicians, institutions, and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to develop the in clinic relationships and work alongside the Clinical Education Manager and the wider Growth team to develop and execute the growth strategy in line with the global Clear Correct strategic pillars.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to drive best possible outcome by the following:

Growth Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing Straumann Group customers and their Clear Aligner network to promote the benefits of using ClearCorrect, driving commercial transformation by optimizing the end to end customer journey, strengthening customer engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and external partners to ensure a cohesive and productive relationship whilst working closely with the HoO to align commercial priorities and strategic growth initiatives to maximise market opportunities.
  • Develop and lead the execution of strategic plans to advance multidisciplinary dentistry, aligning with organisational goals.
  • Build and manage relations with strategic accounts working closely with both sales and marketing functions to manage the execution of the strategy.

General responsibilities

  • Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to manager and/or Human Resources.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualification and requirements

  • Orthodontic and Clear Aligner Sales Experience essential.
  • Line management experience desired.
  • Experience with aligner therapy is required.
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
