Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities  

• Client Relationship & Onboarding
  

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of clients for STRATIST.
  

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  

• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication.
  

• Digital Marketing & Design Execution
  

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
  

• Support in content creation and design-related requirements.
  

• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  

• Operations & Payments
  

• Manage day-to-day operational activities of client accounts.
  

• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation.
  

• Maintain accurate records of client activities and transactions.
  

• Business Growth & Strategy
  

• Work closely with the leadership team to drive STRATIST's business growth.
  

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  

• Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and overall revenue growth.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and design.
  

• Strong communication and client management skills.
  

• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and design platforms (Canva/Adobe Suite).
  

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time.
  

• Result-oriented with a growth mindset.
