Are you as excited as we are when we talk about the storage and distribution of bulk liquids at our state-of-the-art tank containers and terminals in key markets? Join us as a Fleet Support Coordinator.  

In this role, you will support the STC Fleet Support Team in managing fleet and maintenance & repair (M&R) activities, ensuring that our tank container fleet is safe, compliant, and optimally available for our customers. You will be responsible for keeping inventory data accurate across depots, processing repair estimates for both standard and specialized tank containers, and monitoring regulatory test requirements for the tanks in your region. By working closely with operations, commercial teams, depots, and other stakeholders, you help safeguard the technical integrity of the fleet while supporting continuous improvements in depot performance and infrastructure.  

Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk-liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, owns a worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots.  

What will you be doing

As a Fleet Support Coordinator you will support STC Fleet Support Team managing Fleet and M&R activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage inventory updates ensuring all depot inventory and tank status are correct. Assist with correct data input for Tank Technical system for new and existing tanks (drawings, test certificates etc.).
  • Responsible for the processing of repair estimates for both standard as specialized Tank Containers as required.
  • Monitor Regulatory Test requirements for all tanks in region of responsibility.
  • Work closely with Operations and Commercial Teams to efficiently perform key responsibilities around Maintenance & Repair programs; ensuring STC’s Depot infrastructure and coverage is best in class (new and existing depots).
  • Facilitate and organize meetings with depot suppliers and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide regular input on depot performance in the region to management.
  • Assist the Fleet Support Team with projects where required such as new depot on boarding / audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Naval, Mechanical, or Engineering preferred).

     

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with MS computer applications (Office Suite) and computerized inventory control systems a plus.
