Job Description Summary

As the Senior Corporate Communications Associate, you will be a driving force behind effective internal communications, partnering with teams across the organization to bring communication strategies to life. In this role, you will collaborate with internal clients to craft, refine, and elevate written and digital content, ensuring messages are clear, compelling and aligned with STEMCELL’s organizational goals.

Beyond communications, as the Senior Corporate Communications Associate, you will help champion innovation by supporting the implementation of new technologies, processes and infrastructure that will enhance the employee experience. You will also foster collaboration, share best practices and help strengthen communications across the organization as a whole.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the corporate intranet: coordinate content updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive ongoing platform improvements

  • Support the publication of key communications programs and bulletins, ensuring copy accuracy and alignment with corporate standards

  • Support corporate campaigns by developing high-quality communication materials, including scripts, emails, articles, and digital content

  • Analyze and report on communication metrics to evaluate impact and performance
     

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline with 2-4 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in the life sciences considered an asset

  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills with ability to develop communications for a variety of channels and audiences

  • Strong technical writing and copyediting skills, combined with proven experience and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams 

  • Strong independent task- and project-management skills, including the ability to respond to shifting priorities

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$72,700.00 - $98,300.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
