Strategic Goal: Deliver consistent and safe material delivery performance to production lines, enabling maximum throughput and operational efficiency.

  • Supervise hourly material handling employees to support production.
  • Manage line-side inventory replenishment and equipment operation.
  • Report on area safety, quality, and throughput.
  • Partner with union leadership on workforce issues.
  • Enforce PIV safety and preventive maintenance standards.
  • Drive Lean/SIS implementation and staff performance.
Qualifications
  • EDUCATION:
    • Minimum: Engineer degree (Industrial / Logistics/ Supply Chain)
    • Preferred: Experience (1–2+ years) in warehouse/plant logistics
    • Bonus: Certifications (forklift, safety, supply chain)
  • LANGUAGES – English 60% (Intermediate +)
  • SKILLS: solid grasp of how materials flow through a plant
    • Operational Skills (Logistics areas optimization /FIFO /Inventory management, delivery methods, safety regulation, KPI improvements)
    • Continuous improvement (Lean principles, Kaizen, 5S/5T, problem solving & decision-making)
    • Safety principles
    • Leadership & Team management (communication, coaching, discipline, Supervising forklift operators, handlers, and warehouse staff)
