Job Overview
Stellantis Australia are seeking to engage a Manager, Parts & Accessories Sales Development to join their Aftersales team in Port Melbourne. This position is responsible for sales growth initiatives for service lane parts and accessories. Partnering with the broader Sales and Product teams to identify growth opportunities, this position will work with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the continued growth of Dealer parts purchases driven through accessory and parts sales. It will also be responsible for supplier oversight of the design, homologation & validation of accessories, batteries and other parts to grow aftersales revenue.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute national parts, accessory and service sales programs, promotions and incentive initiatives.
Develop service, parts and accessory kits and programs to increase dealer sales, customer retention and service-lane revenue.
Manage accessory pricing, price guides, website pricing and promotional strategies to maximise competitiveness and profitability.
Lead the development, validation, homologation and compliance of accessories, batteries and other parts prior to market launch.
Assess overseas products for local market suitability, regulatory requirements and homologation prior to importation.
Manage supplier relationships, contracts and procurement across Parts and Accessories.
Develop and manage battery, tyre and Partner Brand programs supporting vehicle launches and the existing vehicle parc.
Develop marketing collateral, POS materials and sales tools to support dealer performance.
Partner with Product teams on special editions and accessory content to enhance the Stellantis product portfolio.
Act as the subject matter expert for ADR, homologation and ERAC registration requirements.
Drive dealer engagement, capability and profitability through effective Parts and Accessories programs and support.
Lead excess inventory liquidation initiatives through targeted dealer and wholesaler promotions.
Identify new market and product opportunities that support sustainable Aftersales revenue growth.
What You'll Bring
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
Experience within an OEM, automotive retail or dealership environment.
Experience managing commercial programs across Parts, Accessories, Aftersales or Supply Chain.
Experience in vehicle compliance, homologation or engineering is highly regarded.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience desirable.

Full drivers license.
