- Record clear video walkarounds of vehicle repairs, maintenance needs, and technician findings
- Provide simple voice-over explanations that help customers understand what their vehicle needs
- Upload videos promptly and accurately for customer review
- Act as a communication link between technicians, service advisors, parts, and customers
- Assist with parts running, quoting, internal repair support, and service department workflow
- Support service advisors with basic duties when needed, including helping cash out customers
- Create videos for used vehicle reconditioning when required
- Help keep the service department organized, clean, and running smoothly
- You help technicians communicate their findings clearly.
- You help service advisors keep the repair process moving.
- You help customers feel informed, confident, and supported.
- You stay close to the action while working more behind the scenes.

If you’re an apprentice, recent automotive graduate, or someone with technical knowledge who wants to explore a different path, this role offers valuable exposure to service advising, parts, technicians, customer communication, and dealership operations.

You don’t need professional video experience. You just need to be comfortable using a phone, speaking clearly, learning new technology, and explaining what you see.
- Automotive service, parts, or technical knowledge is a strong asset
- Service Advisor or Parts Advisor experience is considered an advantage
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfort speaking clearly through voice-over on video
- Ability to explain automotive information in a simple, customer-friendly way
- Comfort using smartphones, laptops, and new technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
