Position Overview
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote Safety as the number one priority for all Lucas employees.
- Maintenance of Shop floor machine

Install new machinery and production equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical failures and breakdowns

Align and level machinery using precision measuring tools

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment

Replace worn or damaged parts such as bearings, gears, belts, and motors

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Must be Journeyman Millwright
- Mechanical systems
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Bearings, gears, and power transmission systems
- Welding and metal fabrication
- Precision measurement and alignment
- Basic electrical troubleshooting
This position is based on site at our facilities in Cudahy, Wisconsin. It is a manufacturing company, and this role will work with a diverse population in both office and production settings. The position requires the use of personal protective equipment (eye protection, safety shoes, etc.).
