Description:
Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for successfully booking incremental business through the systematic use of the telephone and approved outbound contact methods. Utilize a company database to strategically contact inactive, declining, un-hosted and specific segmentation of Guests approved by PD leader. Responsibilities include verifying and obtaining pertinent Guest information, booking appropriate reservations, promoting brand loyalty, establishing a relationship for future marketing endeavors, and regular follow up with Guests.
Qualifications:
Ability to speak and write English fluently, bilingual a plus. Ability to use a multi-line telephone and a computer. Previous casino marketing or casino telemarketing preferred.
