The Role

The Global Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating inbound

shipments, ensuring supply chain data accuracy, supporting logistics optimization initiatives, and

maintaining compliance across international transportation activities. The role acts as a key

interface between suppliers, freight forwarders, procurement, and internal supply chain teams to

ensure smooth execution of global logistics operations.

What You’ll Do

Inbound Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate inbound shipment activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with supply chain requirements.

  • Manage communication and follow-up with logistics partners to monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues.

  • Act as a key contact point for global freight forwarder offices, particularly in Asia, ensuring effective coordination and information flow.

Supply Chain Data & Documentation Management

  • Validate Customer Required Dates (CRD) versus actual shipment information.

  • Review and verify purchase logistics documentation, including packing lists, shipping documents, and related records.

  • Ensure accurate confirmation of CRD information within ERP systems, including the creation and maintenance of IMP/CNT planning data.

Logistics Optimization & Cost Improvement

  • Coordinate Buyer Consolidation shipments and optimize pickup planning to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.

  • Support logistics procurement activities by identifying and evaluating alternative transportation providers, particularly for China-origin shipments.

  • Collaborate with Procurement and logistics stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.

International Trade & Customs Compliance

  • Coordinate triangular shipments (China to Rest of World) and ensure proper execution of international transportation flows.

  • Perform customs compliance checks in collaboration with freight forwarders and suppliers.

  • Ensure required documentation and processes meet international trade compliance standards.

What you will bring to Stark

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Experience in international logistics and supply chain operations.

  • Knowledge of import/export processes and customs compliance.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.

  • Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement and cost optimization.

  • Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.

  • Mandarin: fluent professional working proficiency

  • English: fluent professional working proficiency

  • Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience in international logistics, supply chain coordination, or freight forwarding operations.

  • Demonstrated exposure to import/export processes, customs compliance, and ERP-based planning environments preferred.
