  • Handle software licensing, IT billing, budgeting, and procurement decisions, including whether to buy, lease, or outsource hardware and services
  • Ensure a secure and functional network environment in office spaces, including network architecture, cabling, connectivity, and workstation support in new or existing premises
  • Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery (DR) strategies to ensure business continuity
  • Define and roll out the company’s AI usage policy and rules, covering approved tools, data handling, and acceptable use, and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees on IT and security questions

Must-have qualifications and experiences:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT management or systems administration, ideally in a company of 50-100 employees
  • Formal IT education

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT topics end to end
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

Nice-to-have qualifications:

  • Experience in a scale-up or manufacturing environment
  • Background in AI governance or usage policy
  • Experience providing IT user support, helping employees troubleshoot day-to-day issues with laptops, equipment, and access problems
  • Familiarity with network setup for new office premises

Why us?

What’s in it for you?

  • You will be able to contribute to electrolysis technology and its novel applications, thereby participating in creating a net zero world
  • You can accelerate your career and enjoy professional growth opportunities
  • We have a flexible working policy. Employees are expected to be in the office at least 50% of the time, with the rest organised between office and remote work according to the projects at hand
  • You can choose between employer health insurance or sports compensation
  • We organise regular team events and company Summer Days that foster camaraderie, collaboration, and fun outside of the workplace

We aim to fill this position at the earliest opportunity, so we encourage interested candidates to submit their applications promptly.
