Starbucks Shift Supervisors keep the store running like clockwork. They motivate and encourage the team throughout the shift, coaching them and delegating daily tasks. They role model and inspire the delivery of high-quality service while creating meaningful connections with customers and baristas alike.

- Leadership experience in the hospitality or quick service restaurant environment preferred
