As a Sourcing Analyst, Center Print, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative print sourcing solutions that help our customers succeed. Working with sales, suppliers, and sourcing partners, you will leverage your print industry expertise to secure competitive pricing, ensure quality outcomes, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting a dynamic and growing business.
What you’ll be doing:
Gather detailed print specifications and source competitive supplier quotes.
Utilize online procurement tools to manage print sourcing projects.
Negotiate pricing, timelines, and solutions with supplier partners.
Provide proactive communication and project updates to sales teams.
Identify alternative sourcing solutions to ensure customer needs are met.
Evaluate print samples using common industry tools and standards.
Procure finished goods and services for resale through strategic suppliers.
Support merchandising, supply chain, and program sourcing initiatives.
Resolve supplier and sales issues post-order with internal partners.
Monitor industry trends and develop expertise in print manufacturing categories.

What’s needed - Basic Qualifications
3+ years of print sourcing, print purchasing, or related experience.
Knowledge of custom print manufacturing categories such as envelopes, forms, and digital print.
Experience negotiating supplier pricing and solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Print Procurement, or related field.
5+ years of print project sourcing experience.
Experience with Noosh, Staples omniSource, Salesforce.com, AS400, Commerce Hub, or similar systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or database software.
Certification in supply chain management, production, or procurement.
Experience with e-sourcing and procurement platforms.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
