Full Stack Engineer
About this role
Location: San Francisco Bay Area preferred; OK if South Bay (ex: San Jose) as long as willing to do hybrid
Comp: $160, 000 - $220, 000 + 0.05% - 0.1% equity.
Work model: Hybrid - in-office 2-3 days/week (SF office)
Target profile: Full-stack engineer, frontend-leaning OK (ideal ~60/40 FE/BE), but must be able to ship backend too

React (production experience)
TypeScript/JavaScript
Redux (state management)
Python (web backend) - FastAPI preferred (Django/Flask acceptable if Python web)
REST API integration
Strong plus / keywords
Material UI
LLM / GenAI (RAG, agents, LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Vertex, etc.)
Automated UI testing (Playwright/Cypress/Jest/RTL)
Database fundamentals (Postgres/MySQL + basic schema/querying)

Experience level
Minimum ~3+ years full-stack (can include strong early-career candidates if stack match is exact)
