Role: Associate Product Manager — Platform products

 

Job Description:

 

Join the Product org as an APM on Platform growth initiatives - this includes most-viewed pages on the Stablemoney (eg. App Homepage, Passbook and specialized pages for Events). You’ll be the shipping engine — writing PRDs, running experiments, unblocking design & eng, and taking the small-but-frequent bets that compound into a materially better product.

 

Roles & Expectations:

 

1. Sprint-level execution on the roadmap: PRDs, wireframe reviews, engg. grooming, launch checklists, post-launch monitoring.

2. The A/B testing pipeline on both surfaces: hypothesis writing, variant scoping, results readouts, ship / kill / iterate calls.

3. The weekly metrics readout: DAU/MAU on both surfaces, module CTRs, cross-sell CTRs and drop-off funnels.

4. 0→1 exploration: 2–3 small bets a quarter on new homepage modules, new passbook visualizations, or new cross-sell surfaces the PM-II hasn’t gotten to yet.

5. Craft-level ownership of the details: Copy, empty states, error states, loading, animation feel.

6. Voice-of-the-user pipe: read every Playstore / App Store review on these surfaces, every relevant CS ticket, and close the loop weekly.

 

 

Preferred Candidate:

• 1–2 years as a Product Manager at a consumer app (fintech, e-commerce, food delivery, ride-hail, edtech, gaming) - you have shipped features to real users.

• Data fluency - you can read data of Funnels, Experiments and can infer data

• Claude native - can use Claude to read data

• Fluent with designing A/B experiments and conclude from data

• Bias for shipping - you’d rather ship 5 bets a month and kill 4 than ship 1 perfect bet a quarter.

• Write clearly. PRDs, weekly readouts, retros — all crisp, all short.

• Comfortable in ambiguity - Platform products get everything thrown at them; you have to prioritize and seque
