Senior Network & System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for projects detail design, prototype, commissioning and testing completed systems
• Liaise with Customer and internal team members to ensure good co-ordination, planning and meeting project schedule

• Responsible for integration of both hardware & software work as well as implementation
• Cyber security hardening , configure and manage computer systems in accordance with security requirement
• Network infrastructure, setup and configure network switch and router

• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, and etc.
• Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
• Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases

• Meeting with clients, reports and documentation
• Capable of performing troubleshooting independently

Qualifications:

• At least Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Science.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience
• Able to work under pressure, multi task and good coordination of tasks
• Able to perform standby duties
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and in teams
• Technical certification in the area of expertise is preferred (Linux, Windows)
• Familiar with various brand of network switch and firewall.
