Executive, Warehouse

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in order processing, logistics coordination, and general office and warehouse administrative duties.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the production team, freight forwarders, and clients (both local and export).
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality checks, and shipments while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and best practices at all times.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Organize documentation and inventory in preparation for internal and external audits.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent also considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Strong team player with a pleasant personality and effective communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (training provided).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Class 3 driving license is required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
