Digitalisation Engineer

Job Description:

• Design, implement, and maintain engineering solutions aligned with project specifications and industry standards.
• Perform system analyses and assessments to identify improvement opportunities and enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and business alignment.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating innovations to enhance solution capabilities.
• Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
• Define project scope based on business requirements and translate needs into actionable project plans.Lead end-to-end execution of automation and digitalisation projects from concept to deployment.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and proposals to stakeholders and leadership.Coordinate and secure utilisation of workforce-related grants with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, promoting continuous learning and capability development.Support executive and guest visits, ensuring smooth coordination and engagement.Undertake additional responsibilities, including tender research and submission preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience in project management within technical or engineering environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Adaptable and able to perform effectively in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
