About this role
Wir suchen Dich ab sofort als Assistant Manager / Stellvertretender Filialleiter (m/w/d) für unseren REWE To Go am Hbf Dresden in Vollzeit.
So spannend ist Dein Job:
- Du unterstützt und vertrittst Deinen Unit Manager.
- Dabei baust Du ein vielfältiges Team mit auf, trainierst es und trägst zur Motivation eines jeden Einzelnen bei.
- Auch organisierst Du die Einsatzplanung mit und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betriebslauf.
- Dazu gehören u.a. die Warenbestellungen, die optimale Warendisposition und die Durchführung von Inventuren.
Dafür bringst Du mit:
- Deine Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder im Einzelhandel ist die Basis für Deine Karriere bei uns.
- Du besitzt eine herzliche Persönlichkeit und liebst es, Menschen zu begeistern.
- HACCP, Arbeitssicherheit und Qualitätsstandards kommen Dir bekannt vor.
- Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst ist erforderlich. Dabei versuchen wir, auf Deine individuellen Bedürfnisse einzugehen.
