About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

User & Technical Support

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to users across Asia Pacific locations.
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.
  • Support workstation setup, relocation, and hardware deployment.

Incident & Service Request Management

  • Manage incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
  • Perform troubleshooting and coordinate escalations where required.
  • Work with vendors and regional teams to resolve issues within agreed service levels.

Device & Asset Management

  • Install, replace, and troubleshoot end-user devices.
  • Maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
  • Coordinate repair, replacement, and disposal activities.
  • Ensure devices comply with company technology standards.

Infrastructure & Operational Support

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for network and connectivity issues.
  • Support local office environments and business operational systems.
  • Assist with regional technology deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Security, Compliance & Documentation

  • Follow company IT and information security policies.
  • Support user access administration activities.
  • Assist with audit and compliance requirements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and records.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Field Support, or Technical Support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Teams
  • Experience with hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools
  • Exposure to Intune, Entra ID, Defender, or Microsoft 365 administration is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skill
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting multi-site users across APAC preferred
  • Background in airport, retail, hospitality, or operational environments is advantageous
