Lead Software Implementation Officer

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of the Software Implementation Officer is to lead a successful onboarding experience to Sprout's clients. The officer coordinates and projects tasks and timelines, maintains project plans, and communicates status to clients and the internal management team.


TASKS:


  • Ensure delivery of Sprout products according to project timelines.

  • Configure the application based on the implementation plan (no development skills required).

  • Is responsible for executing activities and serving as the primary support for updates on project plans, communication documents, and follow-ups.

  • Utilize necessary documents and deliverables to provide exceptional service and ensure clear communication of project plans to stakeholders.

  • Helps in creating new deliverables/best practices for implementation services to enhance implementation engagements.

  • Conduct in-depth software training with clients and provide retraining sessions for live clients to ensure continued effective use of Sprout products.

  • Manage Micro-SME implementations (1–20 employees) and Payroll Starter packages.

  • Manage Peoplebox implementations, including full configuration, training, and successful knowledge transfer to client teams.

  • Added as additional resources and support for clients reverting to implementations due to valid concerns, as verified by the project team and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

  • Implement various software solutions for clients, including configuration, training, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client business processes and workflows using AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and decision-making.



QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

  • Finance and Payroll Knowledge: 2 to 3 years of experience in finance or payroll, providing a solid understanding of relevant software solutions.

  • Software Proficiency: Familiar with various software, including HRIS and Payroll systems, with hands-on experience in configuring applications for user roles and data access.

  • Client Training Experience: Skilled in educating end-users and administrators on software features, best practices, and system configurations to ensure effective use.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at addressing issues that arise during implementation or initial software use and finding efficient solutions.

  • Committed to helping clients optimize the software and providing reliable support whenever challenges occur during the implementation process.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting timelines.

  • Detail-oriented approach, essential for tracking multiple client projects and configurations accurately.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.

  • Willing to embrace changes and thrive in a dynamic environment.



  • Capable of quickly adapting to new tools or software upgrades as they evolve.

  • Ability to travel if required to work on-site for larger or more hands-on implementations.
